Special Projects

Land and Building Project

Starting in March of 2008, Life Outreach International (LOI) with James and Betty Robison, aired several
special television broadcasts across the USA to help build a House of Destiny in Thailand for the children of ZOE.

Future home of ZOE Children's Home where children will be safe from human trafficking.

Through the help of LOI, John and Lisa Bevere of Messenger International and the Pearl Alliance, and other generous partners, ZOE was able to purchase 20 acres of breathtaking land just 20 miles north of city of Chiangmai.

ZOE broke ground in March of 2009 and construction is full under way! This will include 3 buildings totalling about 40,000 square feet. ZOE will have dormitories, individual family rooms, a large kitchen, offices, and vocational classrooms for over 200 children. The projected completion date is March 31st, 2010.

New ZOE dormitory. LOI helped fund this "House of Destiny" to provide a safe place for at risk children to live and grow up.

This House of Destiny will be used to help support the work of ZOE in Thailand. By building permanent facilities, ZOE can continue to expand its vision to rescue orphans and children who are at risk of being sold into child prostitution and help them reach their highest potential as productive powerful members of society.

Beginning construction for the ZOE "House of Destiny" dormitory and vocational school.

In order to meet the rising demand to rescue more children, ZOE has had to increase the size of the facility beyond the original design. The total cost of the buildings is $941,000 of which LOI has generously given $670,000.

In addition, ZOE has had to pay for electrical power to be brought in and road construction to the building site. ZOE has also spent money to drill a fresh water well and dig a water resevior. These and other additional costs are outside of the House of Destiny Budget.
